They have an excellent way of putting their hands up and to top it up the top most person will give you technical gyanand confuse rather then convince. For every complaint it takes multiple messages and calls to get things done. Every problem with the product is external issue,nothing at all to do with the kind of sjb standard material used by them. Wow. Biggest ever error in getting to deal with this company, who pitches about prjects in foreign countries. Food for thought, provide proper and trustworthy service at the place of origin first. Disgusted with the passing the buck attitude of the owner and his subordinates. ???.
