★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the new construction for purchase couple of times, i was very much interested to purchase and after seeing this feedback I dropped my plans to purchase the flat, area seems to be fine with nearby IT hubs and accessibility with lots of shops and supermarkets but when enquired about the quality of construction and amenities with one of the person who is my frens colleague who purchased a flat last year in the same premises he was telling that the quality is not up to the mark compared to the opposite construction, compromised on quality with many things such as painting, flooring etc and as per the commitment and RERA as mentioned in the document - it should have been completed in Feb 2020 - it’s been more than 2 years surprised to hear that still lots of pending items like cauvery water, parking, solar, party hall etc, were not completed and handed over even after 2 years for such an small apartment, this clearly shows the trust and credibility of the developer.
Honestly when I visited to see the flat in the apartment I too observed pathetic maintenance which I have mentioned below, the maintenance was to pathetic, the toilet was smelling too bad near the lift, lifts were not maintained well, corridor was full of dust, walls were damaged felt like an 5 years old building, and just had a walk around the walking path the water was leaking continuously in one of the tap and saw the fungus formed on the floor, drains were smelling very bad seems not cleaned at all from months, garden had garbage with plates and waste papers, I personally felt no residents are bothered about the wastage of water, drains and cleanliness, in corona situation also no sanitizers put at place, can easily go in without any entry restriction, no security was present at gate.
After seeing all these felt that my decision was 100% correct not to purchase the flat with this builder, think twice before you purchase or take feedback with the residents. There are many good builders across this area kindly try for options.
