β β β β β The receptionist is highly impolite and has a very rude tone . She is the worst person I have ever come accross . I just wanted her to arrange a call back from a professional to know about the study visa but to my surprise she was very impatient at noting down my qualification details and impolitely cut the call mid way without providing further assistance .no wonder this consultancy will loose many potential students just because of the staff behaviour .
