Best advice to talk to them politely and ask for the discounts and verify with multiple vendors. Another cheap and best way to fix your mobile - you only try to buy the mobile or laptop part(little time consuming but you can save money for sure)then take this to any servicing guy they will fix it for less than 500 bucks.
Advice - No warranty or guarantee given to any kind of parts or accessories so check thoroughly multiple time and purchase.

But during rainy season the drainage system doesn't work properly all dirt water flows on streets it creates a huge mess to travel across the street !!

Because they are not actually service men and they grab you at very starting on road itself by promise of low price service, simply will take your laptop and swap your spares with old once.
