★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences my husband and i ever had in this spa. They made my husband wait for 1.30 hrs just because they didnt know how to redeem the coupon. A very bad experience. Very bad hospitality. No respect for customers time. Dont know how to attend the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FANTASTIC MASSAGE BY AKALI THE SPA THERAPIST IN SPA NATION VR MALL... THEY EVEN EXTENDED MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER LOCKDOWN... TRULY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. THE MANAGER THERE MS BELLA IS VERY COURTEOUS AND KIND ... WILL RECOMMEND THIS SPA TO ALL .. MUST VISIT IN SURAT.
