Had given my laptop here for servicing just as it had developed issues in hard disk (which I knew had to be replaced) After they returned my laptop, The touch screen had stopped working, just as these guys "accidently" damaged the connector. I waited for a week and they "tried" solving this issue by installing Windows 10 in my laptop but guess what, neither did they fix the touch screen hardware issue and now my laptop's battery even stopped working.
These are just a bit of incompetent fellows with just a bit of software knowledge running a repair agency. It would be more valuable that you go to Pune/Mumbai to get your system fixed than hand in your valuable laptop/cpu to these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to repair hinge of the laptop, they were talking so nice to me. They did't repair it due to some money issue. when they gave me laptop back after 6,7 hrs it was working but the screen was not as clear as before. I am not able to see any word on the screen as before. It's completely blurred. I don't know what they did with the screen but it is not good as it was before. I would suggest that please don't give laptop to them
