★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a very bad experience as of now. Very low professionalism is being shown by the staffs. Recently I have paid half of the milestone payment and the material had gone to factory for manufacturing. Their front office staffs in this centre often does not respond to the phone calls. And the centre manager is hopeless. If this is the state of pre delivery phase what happens when they get the full payment? I am planning to take this issue to the consumer forum before proceeding to the consumer court of law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad...as being a spacewood customer i have wasted around 7L on these furniture. Just after 5 month of use the furniture has shown its real colours. Fungus and moss like are seen inside all the edges in wardrobes. Dont waste ur money on these. Now proceeding to consumer forum to get my refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good and satisfying experience with the Spacewood team managed and ably supported by Ms Sutapa Ghorai of Spacewood in Kolkata's Topsia office and the implementation team headed by Rajesh Pramanik who had come all the way from Kolkata to assemble the kitchen cabinets and wardrobes in our new flat in Bangalore. Although there were a few hiccups, mostly due to paucity of time, they were resolved satisfactorily. We were delighted with Ms Ghorai's efficiency and professionalism all throughout the entire project.
This was the second time we used Spacewood to set up the interiors of our flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE. THE COMPANY SHOULD CLOSE ITS INCOMPETENT OPERATIONS IMMEDIATELY!
Absolutely pathetic pathetic pathetic service!! Deserve negative 100 stars!! They make false promises of 6 weeks production, 1 week delivery and 1 week installation during taking the order, make silly excuses during the production to extend the promised timeline, take 100% advance before delivery of the material to your home and then send incomplete material from Nagpur so the Kolkata team claims they are not responsible.
