★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed by the service of Spacewood Magarpatta branch. It's more than 45 days, I'm following up on some of the furniture parts/installation which was pending as they were not shipped with the main furniture. And since past 20 days the Magarpatta branch has received the parts but are failing to install it and are giving lame excuses.
Advice: It's high time for your management to tighten laces else Spacewood brand will fall on its own face given the way new players are operating in the expanding market of Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pune spacewood service and customer support is zero, I called twice and thrice for inquiries and lady on other side suppose to share sofa and dinning set package with me. It's been 3 days no one responded even after continues follow up . They are not able to handle inquiries before sale and after sale I am sure they are more pathetic.
Viewers- you can go khondwa and near by location for customized furniture and you will get good deal and designs .
