★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying here as tenant in 2016-17, good society , good people. Only issue with location is, heavy noise due to highway traffic. Also, society needs experienced administrator / management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor society maintenance. No proper security, cleaning. Extremely in-attentive chairman and secratary.
Fully drunked watchman's have been appointed during night shifts, just because they are in favour of society secratary.
No cleaning at garden, common area, maintenance person is absolutely not doing any cleaning. Garden area is extremely dirty , full of garbage, dirt, dry plants, and many usless things. Still maintenance person is doing job safely , just because of favoritism of secratary.
Society needs proper and sensible chairman and secratary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society, good locality, clean and lavish society. But extremely poor management committee . No manager in society office. Chairman , secretary are never respond to query/calls. Both are very rude and never available for any discusdion. Society is driven by watchmans of society.
Having huge monthly maintenance but no records kept. And still , one lift is kept closed for most of the time (even though it is against rule for 11 storey tower).
Chairman / secratary are taking decision without informing society members. No proper security.Need better chairman/ secratery for society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smelling so bad in first floor office . Actually there is toilet/washroom of worker near IcIcI bank door of society , all glasses of this toilet (2 toilets) have been removed or broken by society gardner/plumber 2 years back, hence it is smelling outside so badly in 1st floor shops as well as in entire parking area. Need to put glasses immediately on it. Also, duct area of first floor is painted by spitting pan , gutkha and tobacco by society gardner/plumber only . Need to repaint/rapier it properly.
