★ ★ ★ ★ ★ •Compared to many other NGOs, this organization is bigger, well-organized and responsible in the projects it undertakes.
•They don’t compromise on their staff, as far as employment, payment, policies are concerned which is uncommon among NGOs, so the staff in turn provides good service. Usually the staff is burdened with work and hardly recognized, appreciated or paid.
•The students in this school are usually in a happy mood, school is a pleasant place for them.
•There is warmth and acceptance of students from the teachers and even the non-teaching staff; the students feel cherished.
•The drawback is that the school has not yet developed expertise in managing students mainly with many behavioural problems, with other conditions like autism, adhd, congenital conditions etc. They have expertise in working with intellectually challenged children.
