★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in sheer shock to say that spar store, MG Road has disappointed me. I ordered online yesterday on 13th Feb and selected pick up from store today on 14th Feb. I am here right now, and now they started packing. They didn’t even keep my packet ready. What’s the point of online order and store pick up if I have come and have to wait for another hour for my packet. Wow. On top of it, rather than being apologetic about it, all they say is this is how we work - “aise hi hota hai yaha”
Then I am sure that I must not recommend this service of yours to my peers and known ones.
My packet should have been ready when I have come to the store to collect. If it was supposed to take so much time then I would have come myself to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spar hypermarket is located on MG road , this is one of the best store I have visited , you can get here everything you want , very big space , things arrangement is very good , every brand is available here . Not much crowded . One stop solution for your grocery need
They accept card , cash , other payment method .
They just need to improve their clothing collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true supermarket in all sense. The variety of items on offer here is unprecedented. The pricing too is aggressive and on Wednesdays they offer good discount.
The collection here includes that of any departmental store and also includes a dairy section and one of meat/fish.
The collection of staple food is ample.
Sometimes the billing counters lead to high wait time, but it is still manageable.
Located at Metropolis mall and accessible for MG road metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spar Hypermarket located in MGF Metropolis Mall on MG Road is one of the best Hypermarket store in Gurgaon. They have a great range of assortment ranging from staples foods to fresh vegetables, meat and dairy products, from FMCG foods to home care and personal care products, from electronics to apparels. The price range is moderate. They don't stock high value items. Good store for daily and monthly groceries and other general use items. I have been buying my monthly groceries from this store from past 6 years, highly recommend for groceries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have one price on the shelves and another on the bill. If you don't read the bill carefully, you'll be at a huge loss. Senior staff has reasons to encourage such wrongdoings, while billing staff is oblivious of the situation.
This is not how supermarkets usually operate!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge supermarket with wide variety of items from cloths to cutlery to vegetable available here. Was herenon Sunday afternoon and was fair bit crowded. A small cafeteria is also located inside the supermarket. Fresh juice and sweetcorn vendors are also located inside. Staff were polite and easily available. Downside was the huge queues at checkout. Had to wait for approx. 20 minutes to get through the check out counters. Also payment via UPI not available.

FROM COSMETICS TO CROCKERY TO ELECTRONICS TO DIGITAL TO FURNITURE TO BED N BATH TO VEGETABLES TO GROCERIES.
YOU NAME IT AND THERE IT IS.
BUT THIS TIME I WAS SHOCKED HOW MISLEADING AND FRAUD THEY ARE AND THERE MARKETING IS.
SO I VISITED SPAR AND PURCHASED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT LATER WHEN I CHECKED MY BILL ITEMS PRICE ON IT WAS WITHOUT DISCOUNT AND INSIDE THE STORE DISCOUNT WAS SHOWN ON THOSE PARTICULAR PRODUCTS.
WHEN I ASKED THEM AND SHOWED THEM THE FRAUD THEY ARE DOING THEY GAVE ME A CREDIT SLIP FOR NEXT PURCHASE.
I HAVE ADDED PHOTOS OF THAT CREDIT SLIP.
WHO IS GOING TO VISIT THERE AGAIN.
I AM NOT.
PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILL WHENEVER YOU SHOP FROM SUPERMARKET OR SPAR.
