★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Just because you have imported products doesn't mean that people's time can be manipulated. Not on one but three occasions my appointments were delayed or I was given low grade third class service in the name of other clients waiting. Poorly managed. I would never recommend anyone this salon unless you want to waste your time, energy and money on extremely reckless staff trying to over compensate with cheap chitchat and apologies.

I live in London, having said that this is by far my favourite salon.
The entire sparks family i.e the staff are wonderful and anticipate your needs always.
This place is like a home away from home.
Now that my holidays are over and I'm returning back to London I would like to thank each and every staff for catering to my needs always. Sheetal you are a lovely owner and a friend.
Special thanks to my dear hair dresser Anowar!!! Dude you are THE BEST HAIR DRESSER I have ever had.
I wish I could pack you and take you along haha!
Your work is commendable and you have always made me feel pretty with your innovative hairstyling techniques.
Be it hair cut, styling or colouring you are a master of all dude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake and misleading membership tactics. Unhygienic, had taken one year membership on the account that the money deposited can be redeemed after one year. After one year they reduced to take it. The present manager is unprofessional too. With regards to the services, the place is pretty unhygienic. Have tried a lot of things from here but it is a very unhygienic place but never had the guts to try the same thing the second time. You can always go here for nail paints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anwar the hair stylist was very rude and arrogant. He behaved very badly with me today. He kept me waiting and when ready but still kept on attending other client. He had the audacity to tell me to leave the salon as if I have entered his home without his permission when I asked why he is keept me waiting. That was the worst treatment a customer could ever get after coming to a salon. I would never recommend this salon until this person is working here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon experience ever. These people do not know how to cut hair. They literally chopped my waist-length hair till my shoulder, leaving some strands hanging till my ears. One person made mistake in levelling my hair but failed then another person came in to show his talent, and he turned my hair looking like a wig. I seriously don't understand, how these people can be made professional even if they don't know how to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister referred me to this place as she had got a haircut done for herself. The only good experience at this salon was the work of senior stylist Anwar. I got hair smoothning and colouring done with good results. They need to increase their staff members as he was the only one handling the clients with support from helpers, hence the waiting period. The owner called for a meeting for staff and kept me waiting for 20 minutes despite taking an appointment and reconfirming that I cannot wait as I had to leave for another place that day. So, the place needs to work on it's professionalism big time. Go to this place if you have ample time and patience or you need service by Anwar ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has one of the most humble staff. Going for a haircut and listening to all the treatments you should do to treat your hair, do you like that? I don’t this place doesn’t do it either. They are very fast with assigning a person to you and they will do their work with so ease and patience, that’s what you pay for , right? Relaxation and good service.
