SPARNOD IS NOW THREATENING THAT IF I DONT DELETE MY REVIEW THEY WILL NOT REFUND!
01 May 2021 - It has been over a month now and I am still waiting for refund. Another follow-up done today.
14 May 2021 - Another follow-up and another promise made but no refund received yet.
A month ago I ordered a treadmill from Sparnod to Rent and then buy it. I was told I will receive a new treadmill which I can rent and then eventually buy. After paying 3 months rent in advance with several hundreds of follow-up I finally got a treadmill from Sparnod. On receiving the delivery, I was horrified to see the treadmill was a broken machine stuck together with tapes and not in working condition. The technicians who delivered the equipment themselves told me that the machine does not work and within 1 week they will provide me another machine. They told me they are fed with customer complaints. On being asked why they were not wearing masks and following sanitization process during COVID times - they said their company does not care about the workers. I immediately called the Sparnod office and asked them to take the machine back and refund the money. For the last 5 weeks I have been following up with Manish Kurtuke (who has been dealing with me for this transaction) and he has been promising he will return the money tomorrow. Every day what I hear is " I will return your money tomorrow". After getting fed up with listening to false promises - I made several calls to Customer service number (manned by Satish Pandey) who 1st try to avoid my calls and promised me they will look into the matter however it has been several weeks now and I am still waiting for them to look into it. In due course I learnt Satish Pandey is Manish's boss according to him and both are just playing games in order to delay the refund. SPARNOD IS NOTHING BUT FRAUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product STH_4200 is the best in the category, its value for money at the given price. Has incline feature and comes along with massager belt. Two separate motors for the treadmill and the massager.
Mr Pankaj Trivedi, the sales executive at camp branch helped out in the entire process of selection to purchase and till delivery/installation. Its a pleasant experience so far. Kudos @SPARNOD

I myself purchased a spin bike from them and the entire purchase and delivery experience was seamless. Mr. Pankaj explained everything in detail and ensures all the queries are satisfied. Overall I am very happy with their products and can recommend it.
