The bracket/rod fitting person seemed most disinterested even after repeated inputs and incorrect length curtains were delivered the first time. Would appreciate if the bracket/rod imperfection is set right

Post selection they sent their guy who took accurate measurements. They even suggested modifications which optimised best for us. Post stich, their guys came and did the whole fitting.
