I came to sparsh in usha basdroni with my daughter on 13th January 2022. My daughter detected diabetic at the age of 15 years. Reception suggest me dr. Ashish kumar bhattacharya , diabetic especial..
First of all doctor is very rude in behaviour,he don't know how to talk with child. Then he start advertisement of his diabetic club and pressurized to be the member of the club so that he take my daughter to picnic and all. Without any test he is confirmed that she is type 1 diabetic and tell me in front of my daughter that these patient r not survive more. He is writing type 2 diabities medicine and saying type 1. Is he think am I a big fool can't understand any thing..
More over he blamed me that I have lack knowledge bcz I didnot read genetic in my school life. Who is he to whom I say whether I read what in my school life.. absard behavior
Now my question is why you keep such doctors in your team.. receptionist said me may be sir is very upset personally. I want to ask you that am I responsible for his personal life issues.. he should maintain personal and professional life seperated. She is trying to hide the doctor fault saying may be he is sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very much energetic to serve the patients. Hygiene is also maintained all over the place. But remember one thing, the guard (BAPPA) at the door demands money for enlisting names of patients of Dr. Mridula Chowdhury. Pay a larger sum your name comes at a higher number. This I think is not a good practice at all. If I witness this again I will surely inform the authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited sparsh diagnostic centre bashdroni today and the worst experience I had .... The doctor and his assistant gave me the NOC form which to be filed before the test, but it has been provided to me as well as to all the patients after the test where it is written I have no objection to do the test from any female or male doctor ... but I had objection in doing that...but I was not given an option and I was forced to sign in that form...
Secondly when i went to complain in the reception area the staff were ignoring me and were doing their work... kindly educate the staff how to deal with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give a FIVE STAR to Sparsh. I myself belong from Healthcare industry since last 25 years....I visited Sparsh on 2nd Jan 2022 with two of my family members for getting their tests done.......
Right from the entrance...beginning with the security personnel....my wow experience began....the staff in the reception very warm and very polite in their approach...to begin with....
the co ordination between the reception staff and various dept was very smooth ...we didn't have to wait long because of that...the arrangements for seating and waiting area is very comfortable...arrangements for hand sanitization were at place...
There's lot to praise ....iam super impressed....God Bless you all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a blood test, and Sparsh's front office staff advised me that I could have it done at home. I expected the blood collector to cancel the test because of the weather (it was pouring badly that day). However, to my amazement, the blood collector arrived on schedule and took the blood in a timely way. Team Sparsh deserves credit for maintaining such high standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a leg injury.. One of my cousins suggested me to visit there for X-ray. Staffs were very helpful. Receptionists were very co-operative. They guided me for which doctor should I talk with. X-ray was done properly.overall I'm happy with my experience. I will definitely suggest this diagnostic centre..also must say the place is very neat and clean. Well hygiene maintained and they follow COVID precautions very well. ?. I'll prefer to visit again if needed.
