they leave serious icu patients with wardboys and then the patient expire
and they do not respond
pathetic services , i lost my papa because of them
they infact dint refund the advance paid as well and said humne adjust kar diya
its a fraud hospital and cheat patients and their family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good facility hospital in sanaganer area of Jaipur. Wide range of speciality doctors are here but you have to check prior availability of doctor because most of the doctors are visiting facilities. This has trauma center too. Nice and caring nursing staff.
One apollo run pharmacy is also there. You will find most of the medicines there.

Odure and garbage found in reception area, no precaution for corona. Mostly staff without mask. Rate card not display at counter.

This unique hospital, has a state of art 10 bedded ICU with 8 bed HDU attached, where every bed is equipped with life saving equipments include cardiac monitors, ventilators, defibrillator, oxygen line, bed side X-ray, echocardiography, physiotherapy, multi integrated IV infusion pump etc. under the direct supervision of highly experienced Intensivist and bed to bed nursing care ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most efficient service with a smile .very cooperative staff with utmost care .1st class infrastructure facilities where the experienced hands work like a miracle to make the patient come back to normal life in a short span of time .Very transparent in billing and considerate towards the patient .Even follow up one gets utmost gentle treatment and advice .highly recommended for an emergency .

The behaviour of staff is very unpleasant.
Specially the female receptionist also she didn't wear her mask and will talk with you rudely .
They will just provide half of the information regarding your follow ups.
They only know how to charge more money.
Atleast they should know how to empathize with their own patient.
And , if you are admitted under the other doctor (your treating doctor is not the part of hospital , he just use the place for operation ) then please contact your doctor for all problems because hospital staff kind of ignore you.
The worst policy is their charges.
Every hospital has a policy that there will be no consultant charge taken by the hospital for next 4 - 5 days of a appointment but here they will demand daily consultant charge even you just came after 2 days.
