★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gym horrible temperature inside gym, AC not working only 3 fans in gym if u complain to owner he starts fight with u. Owner is so rude person with attitude problem. He force u to take personal training n buy suppliments to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Gym with Highly Trained experienced trainers ,with state of art machines, equipments. They give very good home friendly diet charts. I as a doctor I am so satisfied that I have hired a personal trainer now from them due to my time constraints which is very helpful for me to stay healthy and keep track with my work. They know exactly how much workout your body needs. In medical terms they do not harm your body as they are highly knowledgeable trainers. My wife loves especially female trainer experience which is very rare to find good knowledgeable and professional female trainer in Delhi.
Especially the owner Mr. Rhodesh and his brother are the trainers who train you , at the gym also you feel like Personal trainer session because they devote personally into every person at the gym. Mrs. Naina mam has good managerial skills she takes care of every member of the Gym as a Big Sister. Last but not the least my Home Personal Trainer Mr. Daksh is a fantastic person who is teaching me as a Doctor how important is to keep myself healthy and respect my body.
I strongly recommend this Gym for a Healthy,fit and Long lifestyle, trust me you will have memorable experience.
