They contacted me on whatsapp with there catalogue and catalogue was quite impressive I like alot of products from catalogue for my startup 24 products but I informed I required MOQ of 150 to 200 which was not possible for them so I agreed no issue because their policy is 3000 MOQ after few days j shortlisted 6 iteam from those 24 products for 3000 units and I inform to provide prices for those 6 products as I am doing a startup after that they ask me about my address and I provided them after providing my address they as me that "rate Jane k liye I am texting only" as I am doing startup that is why I was not aware about their company process amd different manufacturers have different process some informed prices firt for the product and then we will ho for packaging if they have different procedures that they need to inform but instead of informing they start saying I don't want to buy the products I was just want to know the prices. After that I informed them they have no right to say that I informed them I will definitely give google review and inform about their unprofessional, rude behavior after that they black mailed me and their words are" Your address is in our hands and we will file a complaint in your name".
I contacted another manufacturers as well and must say they all are with professional team ,professional team for me don't mean to speak English but just speak politely and inform relevant information which are required .
This is really wort experience I had till yet to deal with Any manufacturing company #wort behavior #not supportive for startups# unprofessional.
I understand because of one such employee we cannot rate the company as worst but for me that one employee is representing the whole company for me .
