★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly good experience. Covid test report less than 10hr. Even whn i request then send me in 6hr. They charge 950rs. Consider to other test center budget friendly as on date...hope they will continue their performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, very bad behaviour of the staffs and they treat patient like slaves. Doctor sourob nag, he does not have time to listen to patient or if we question anything, Doctor and staffs replied in a very rude manner.
There is no use of giving fees and not getting proper hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Specialist clinic is awesome atmosphere work behaviour of the staff is very cool as well as professional there testing and report is regarded as the best for doctors I suggest there for clinical testing. I did my all test like blood, USG, others from here. Rate is very low than others. Comperatively there report quality is the best in the market.

Their behaviour is very nice. I recommend this specialist clinic everyone should come here for testing and doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sorry to say that all the doctors are not good here. May the director Dr T J Banerjee is a very good doctor and very good person but all doctors are not good. My mother has gone there for the treatment of fine crack in her knee and she is under the care of DR Amal Bhattacharya. Doctor told that there is accumulation of blood and pus in the knee joint so it has to be removed so he drain out the blood with the help of injection syringe by giving a severe pain to my mother. After that my mother has not recovered and now at present she is suffering from severe pain associated with high fever we have also called Dr Amal Bhattacharya with the help of his secretary but doctor is so irresponsible that his given mobile number is switched off. So we have taken her to Narayana Hospital Barasat and there it has diagnosed as septic arthritis and surgery will take place. I don't know why this septic arthritis has happened. Whether the needle which was used by Dr Amal Bhattacharya is sterilised or not. If my mother will not recovered who will take the responsibility. Dr Amal Bhattacharya is only responsible for this incident. Inspite of internal bleeding and knee aspirations Dr Amal has not prescribed any types of antibiotics. Only given some paracetamol tablets and enzyme supplement. I don't whether Dr Amal Bhattacharya is a qualified doctor or not. Very sad scenario in specialist clinic. From many days we have visited this place for various health issue and the service was very good in past but now due to this type of irresponsible medical practitioner the quality of this clinic is totally destroyed. I would like to draw the kind attention of Dr T. J. Banerjee to look into this issue otherwise the name and fame of Dr T J Banerjee will also be destroyed if he appoint this type of doctor in his clinic.
