Worst customer support service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually dont write review and this time i forced myself to write one for the sake of other customers. This is the poor & worst shopping experience ever in my life. Ridiculous, pathetic, substandard customer service. They wont give you order details nor update online and you wont have a clue when you will receive item, wont reply to your whats app messages, wont pick your call (rather disconnect) and will make you feel cheated for what you paid. You will be helpless after some time as none of them will support you and there is no contact to escalate further. I dont know how such poor companies are still surviving. Dont fall for their discount and 1 rupee gimmicks , its just to trap customers. once you buy they just bid good bye to you. There is no Zero rating for me to provide otherwise i would have selected that. If you want value for your money and have peace of mind, please stay away from this dishonest group. I am attaching all my whats app logs to show what happened to me. Till now i haven't received any reply from them on the status of my item
