I have selected and get a job after two week's of registration. Genuine Consultancy good behavior specially the two madams are guide well to make a decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I considered it as one of the few genuine consultancies in Kolkata, i was registered Candidate, but after my registration upto 3-4 months they didn't provide me a single vacancy, they told it was after corona time so the vacancies wasn't available(i completely understand that situation anr never complained at that time) after that they gave me an interview on motor manufacturing company but as me and my family was affected by corona that time, was unable to attend the interview
After that i always followed them and referred many candidates. Personally suggested everyone to link with Specter. I was unable to give further interviews because the salary range was low..(ex: if some body is earning 15k will not opt for a 10-12k job vacancy)
Until now everything was ok but suddenly i was not getting any update and contacted them they say that my registration is cancelled as i didn't attend interview (But they never conveyed this before registration neither contacted or notified me before cancellation) then i conveyed my side to them but they never bothered to give a clarification or assistance. Since 2-3 days i waited for there reply and now writing this.. this is very much awful behaviour as per their standard.
