This tech farm dealt with databases like Oracle,Ms-Sql,Mysql along with php,vb.net,asp.net.
They have couple of e-governance development & support projects.
High job security and salary credits on time .
Cons :
They are capable to bid some overseas projects but reluctant to do so.
They should initiate or enforce employee skill enhancement program .Employees have a feeling here that they are in govt job.
Overall a good organization to work for.
