First round was quite easy for they asked about me and salary expectations they was agreed to pay a decent hike but then the second round started and everything got ruined the technical questions was quite tough it was a blend of high end as well as basic structural questions, I was able to answer only 2 questions out of 8 and result was given on the spot That I am not selected ?

What I feel Good about company
The office is near to metro station, Working hours are flexible you just have to complete your weekly hours, Owner Mr.Pant and office mates are quite supportive.
Negtive side : Some time I feel the in house environment gets too much competitive
