★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and available at much lower cost compared to Airtel. Speed is superb.Only problem is that they dont provide connection in all locations. So difficult for people who have to relocate frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raised an issue in September and it's still not fixed. Frequently disconnection. Can't stream netflix, play online Multiplayer without interruption. Even stopped bringing pending office work home cause i don't trust these guys anymore. One of the most incompetent service i have ever encountered. Same local distributor is responsible for Nextra, Airtel and i believe Exitel as well. As he does not have any competitors he need not care. Don't have high hopes from any of their services. If you are in luck and end up with a stable connection well and good otherwise be ready to spend mornings with their call centre and afternoons with the local techs. Am just waiting for Jio fiber to introduce their services in my society so these fools have to shut shop and sell vegetables instead. Till then am contemplating Tikona wireless.
