★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased a Laser printing machine from Spectrum Laser Inc. The company sold the product and the delivery schedule was not adhered after making 100 percent advance payment. That was not enough as after machine arrived no one came to install the machine and after lot of waiting our people installed the machine. After lot of reminders no one visited for demo or checking whether the machine is installed properly. During our own testing the machine one day it packed off and the next ordeal started than the engineer visited us at last and told us that machine was not installed with proper earthing. Company people told us to send us the SMPS card and other stuff by courier and we deapatched the same and it has been more than 45 days we are just doing phone calls and waiting for the parts and engineer to come back and run our so called new machine. I would like to tell this story to any one who is buying machine from them to be aware the conduct of this company.
