First visit (Comprehensive service)
Took car for first time for comprehensive service, the servicing was fine and I was informed few issues of which was that brake pads needs replacement for which I approved and it was replaced accordingly but since that day my car is making squeaking noise when I apply brakes..since it was in warranty I was told to drive the car for few kms before I conclude as the brake pads was new..but obviously it was not diagnosed properly so after driving 50-100km I visited next day
Regarding second issue they told me that it is issue with gear box which will cost bucks despite of me doing google and telling them the issue they couldn't figure.. I got that issue fixed with knowledgeable local mechanic
Follow up visit (Comprehensive service issue)
When I took car again to workshop I was informed that since it's new pads it happen so need to service disc so they took disc for servicing.. after servicing I was charged labour and other charges which I paid. Guess what, the noise was still there and they told me to drive a few kms and inform...
Third visit (Suspension repair)
I went for repair service for some noise that I was facing in passenger side while driving.. these so called expert mechanics couldn't make out why the noise was there and they did all suspension work and gave me whooping bill.. guess what, as expected it was still making noise to which they were shocked and called me other day saying they will not charge labour and fix it...
Fourth visit
After doing some analysis they came to know the issue was with strouts which they got it fixed and charged me the price without labour and noise gone... now coming to brakes they told me to come again as this should be resolved as suspension is fine now.. I am still struggling with brakes and will visit workshop when I am free...
DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR TO LOCAL MECHANIC WHO YOU KNOW AND HAVE TRUST. USE GO MECHANIC ONLY FOR BASIC SERVICING DONT LET THEN TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked service through Go Mechanic.
Worst experience...there was delay in service on top of it they were not at all professional on what they promised to deliver.
They even broke a part and it's been more than 2 weeks that they have replaced the part.
I would recommend not to take their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i get my car repaired after that my car start the new problem but they don't know that was the problem in my car. They takes much time to repair my car. Not professional mechanic's. The parts of my car which has to be repaired they are very expensive at Go Mechanic rather then aftermarket parts price. They dont even value us that we are customer. When a new customer comes then all the mechanic's go to that car and leave my car. I preferred roadside mechanic's rather than GO MECHANIC.

Unfortunately I have to pay for the new tires
Plus the delivery guy hit the backside of the bumper some where and there scratches now .
Gave it for comprehensive service and 1month later the Air conditioning stopped working, the car has been hardly driven 100-150kms after servicing.
There was leakage in my car they said they will remove all the water under the carpet and fix the leakage. Unfortunately they dint even bother to do vaccuming / remove the water out nor fixed the leakage problem and dirtied the car now there finger print in the car. Highly regret wasting my time and money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you hate your car, take there. They will keep pointing out all the problems in your car. Sometimes they point out the problems which was resolved by themselves in the last service and ask to replace the parts. The labour also does not appear to be skilled. Better to hunt for other reasonable options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there after booking for service from gomechanic. My car had cluch and suspension issue, which couldn't be identified by my supervisor Mr Vedant. Very unprofessional and inexperienced person. Would definitely not recommend anyone. He gave me quotation of 18500 rs and had given 80% useless things. Upon discussion , he told me he couldn't identify the problem in car and was still not sure even after o spend 25000 on suspension the problem will be solved. Pls go to gully or nukkad wala mechanic insted of gomechanic.
