★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is rude... Very rude. Does not know how to talk to the customer. Do not go by the size of the showroom. You may not get proper customer service and after sales support looking at the rude behavior. Not advisable if you are planning to buy an expensive phone. You can buy budget phones here so atleast the rudeness will not pinch you much even if you don't get customer support and proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is may be a good place for buying mobile phones but the some staff members are worst they don't even know how to talk with the customer...... I am sharing my experience as when I went here to buy mobile phone and I wanted Blue colour of One Plus then that staff member of this shop was telling me Blue is ladies colour only ladies buys so I was very upset about his statement because there is no connection in between colours and gender if you don't have any specific colour's product then say it directly don't make foolish statements !!!! And when I opposed him still he was still convincing me to buy black colour because they did not have blue colour!!
I will never buy anything form here because his mindset is totally discriminating against women! I don't support this!

They charged me higher price during Diwali sales and at the same time one of the salesman was behaving very rudely and as if they are doing a favour , there are plenty stores with better price and customer treatment ..
Donot waste your time here ..

You don't believe they given more value than any other showrooms. They have all varity of smartphones and other gadgets. Very prime location just near to Malad Station East. To get very good value of your old for exchange you must visit this place.
