They genuinely care for Customer and empathize with them with total growth mindset which is essential part of Customer Obsession. Their Fix-First strategy shows the rich level of knowledge they possess for solving very complex problems associated in this automobile field. Second, I went with a single problem but could not resist myself to pick up some gadgets for my car from their bucket of best in quality Accessories they have stocked up in their Lab. (Must visit for sound system enthusiast). Third, the owner and the assistant are so humble and hospitable. They will make you feel like a family. I had a great deal of discussion with them and got to know that they are also venturing into building and modifying cars for racing teams. I can see their heart and soul goes for exploring their passion for Moto-World. So in a brief, Speedlabs is one of the best store I have visited in the city. I highly recommend everyone and looking forward for a long term relation with them.
