★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They solved one issue, and created another. Delay in returning laptop, not punctual, response to customer queries is very bad. I had to wait for 2 hours just to recheck and fit internal chip which was gone fault with their servicing earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, i went to the store to enquire about new graphic card, i don't know who was on the counter but when i asked him about the price quote, he was literally ignoring me as i was not even there. I was standing there like a fool for about 5 minutes. And at last he said, we will give you a call back tomorrow with the complete price list. I never got a call,looks like they don't care about the customer. hence, purchased the product from mega byte system whose staff were really helpful. Never ever going to this store again whose staff are slow af.

Last year they did good service so I went again but this time they broke the lock of keyboard cover and made a small cut on the screen but did not admit to both these things.Also , paid them for microsoft office installation which also isnt working.
I got a workaround done from dell service centre but it is still temporary. terrible service , go there at your own risk.
I am out of country now so cannot go there for the MS office issue so complete money and time wastage + screwed up laptop
