★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Gigabyte G24F monitor from them. As stated on their site, I transferred the amount directly to their bank account in return for 1% cashback. First, they didn't ship it until I told them about it few days later. And now even after almost 3 weeks opposed to their promised 10 days timeframe, I am yet to receive the cashback as written on their site.
P.S. The unit I received has the usual coil whine issue, and a stuck pixel but is working fine for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are genuine. At first i was a little skeptical about their website (also the website name gives the same feeling) given the fact not having too many reveiws to properly judge but placed an order for "Fractal Design Celcius+ s24 Dynamic" as was priced attractively.
Product delivered was genuine, sealed, adequeately packed & in perfect condition.
They also respond well to the queries but do respond even if sometimes a bit late & are helpful. So overall first experience was good with them.

They told me the courier companies weren't picking up from one of their warehouses, so they gave me the option of getting a refund or getting a black colored product that was in a different warehouse that could be shipped instantly so I went with the black mouse and it arrived in 3 days and had amazing packaging and was in pristine condition. Would go for Sphinx PC again!

One thing though, you will need to ask them for the updates manually instead of them giving you updates automatically.
But, they are pretty responsive always got responses within few minutes.
