★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is inside Ibis Hotel Nashik and open to outsiders also and not just for the guests of the hotel. Has a good selection of spirits in the bar. But the good points just about end there. The food left a lot desired in terms of quality and selection.
The bakery items in the buffet breakfast were stale and not fresh. In fact from the entire buffet breakfast there might have been a just a couple of items that were good. The chef special dosa was good from the live counter for breakfast.
Buffet dinner was equally a turn off with the brinjal being on the menu and that too badly made. Again from the small spread of dishes there might have been just a couple that you might have been able to eat.
The breakfast and dinner are really not worth the exhorbitant price they are charging.
And I did forget to mention that I was served in chiped and dirty glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed with IBIS Nashik a couple of times and have had food at spice it up multiple times.
It offers the complimentary breakfast in morning and serves the lunch and dinner buffet as well.
Breakfast is very tasty and the options are really good.
Plus the breakfast options changes daily which gives you variety and you won’t get bored.
Tried their pasta also once which was very tasty.
Overall a good experience.
Service is good, staff is cordial, ambiance is elegant, neat and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this restaurant on a weekday...The place was quite as it had very few tables occupied. That could be the reason why all the waiters were serving us...Hahaha!!! Food was tasty and we enjoyed our lunch in peace.

Staff:- Staff was courteous,
Covid-19 protocols:- followed properly, hygiene standards were maintained.
Food taste:- was good but inadequate quantity for high price. Masala dosa was so thin,with bare minimum compressed masala, It was like good for nothing.
No freshly squeezed juice served,it was canned (preservatives one) ,we were expected freshly prepared juice.
Uttampam's taste was good again but of small size.
1star less beacause of inadequate quantity.
Ambience:- best.
