My experience is pathetic for their homedelivery or online order service. I have tried with direct order and after 1 hour they told that they missed the order and took another 45 min to deliver finally. rest of the time I ordered through Swiggy, one time the restaurant person dropped the food when was handing over and then took another 30 min to finally provide to for delivery, one time they sent some wrong item, and one time one item was not delivered, instead another item was repeated.
I am fed-up of their unprofessionalism.

The staff here are very polite, friendly and kind....... ☺️I have personally talked to the owner here...... He was Friendly enough and very cooperative person.........? Repeatedly the mind wants to come here and try all their food.......? Best recommended place.......??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's for the first time after coming to kharagpur we tried visiting medinipur and it was a great experience at Spice 'n' Ice. we loved the food a lot and also staff behaviour including the owner was nice. I will love to try all the items in menu in coming days. Couldn't match a single restaurant in khargagpur town and it's worth visiting medinipur from kgp to have dinner at Spice 'n' Ice. keep up the quality and service. good luck.
