He explained us the problem in detail. Did cement treatment in spine next day. Same day we went back home. Now very good pain relief and comfortable walking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know about the doctor as experience with his staff is pathetic. Tried contacted him for pain in my brother's arm as he was the nearest doctor available. On first go the answer was come after 2 days when explained the patient is in pain and can't wait then the staff said only video call will be possible then there was a struggle for making the payment as without payment the doctor will not come and they asked for Paytm and we do not have Paytm then I offered him to pay by netbanking for which the answer was you have to wait for 2 hours then the accountant will come , we offered him that we can send u cash right now as it was urgent but the staff refused to accept the cash also.
Finally after a struggle of 1.5 hours I managed to make a Paytm through a friend of mine as from doctors side the staff was not able to take cash nor the net banking.anyhow after the payment the doctor video call was arranged, the doctor advised us for cardio clean chit and then come for MRI at his clinic.
For a week the brother got hospitalised and after that we are again trying to contact the doctor, the staff told us that he will arrange a call from the doctor but till date no response.
Either the doctor is too money minded and is concerned about his money only not about the patient as no staff can be like this.
