Even the doctors who recommend this centre to other patients are not attended themselves.. had a very bad experience especially the reception people dont know how to talk to customers… being from pgi they dont consider you … highly disappointed.. patient post surgery was kept waiting for 4 hours …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service even after taking prior appointment had to wait for more than hour. Staff ( at the counter ) behaviour evasive and non- professional. some serious introspection needed at the management level to reduce waiting time at least for per appointment patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wasted our precious time. We called them and got the appointment for MRI Enterography.
But when next day we reached there they denied that they don't have this test. And told that we talked to the marketing guy who didn't know about it and whose job, apparently, is to know about the facilities available.
This is irresponsible and unacceptable.
Kindly tell your staff more clearly about your services .
I had worst experience.

Today, It took two & half hours for plain MRI and we were told at the time of deposit that it may take max one hour waiting time as there are two more patients before you. There is no such system like first come first serve Or token system. Since, it is a service industry & in this competitive environment, more options are available to the public. Management should keep an eye on the staff and ensure no such bad experience reviews are posted. Really, had bad experience and not recommended.
