It feels very light and energetic when a mentor puts effort for your right posture and breathing sync.
Hii friends Meet the duo professionals Shikha ma'am-Saurabh Sir, who train students very friendly but at the same time a bit strict to be in right posture, the 1 hour rewards you mental peace and physical flexibility.

I could learn yoga and also resolve all the myths associated with certain poses. So all my difference in opinion were cleared and now I am looking forward to become a professional yoga teacher. The ambience was in accordance and studio is well furnished. I would recommend to those who are interested in making yoga their career and also for daily practice ones to make themselves healthy.

The staff here is outstanding and the man behind this, the Guru himself has left no stones unturned to make it feel like an out of the box experience.
I am associated with this center for more than 6 years now and can vouch for the authenticity, perseverance of the teacher, patience and in depth knowledge.
There are many yoga centers mushrooming but let us not deviate from the fact that the very thought of learning yoga is to go through all the physical, mental issues effortlessly and spiritual yoga alliance is the best in delivering that.
The Yoga guru makes the asana seem effortless. He knows all the intricate details of every muscle of the body. He not only teaches how to achieve the asanas but also teaches how to not get injured. The extra push that one needs, this center mentors it to the fullest.
I myself as an individual owe a lot to this center which I call the best in Delhi NCR. I am from Delhi and religiously go to NOIDA for the class.
An old knee pain wherein I was straightaway asked by three very known orthopedic surgeons that I should at the age of 35 must stop all the activities to save my self from further complications. Spiritual yoga alliance has helped cure me. Yes I am proud to have had this opportunity to avail the services provided here.
I just do not want to be selfish to have this beautiful experience restricted to myself and thus chose this platform to reach out and shout to the world. To al the people who are dealing with mental or physical issues, this is the center for you.

Practicing yoga has helped develop my concentration as well. I can pay more attention to my studies . He is the Guru who not only teaches with immense patience but also maintains a zeal that helps one grow with each passing day. There are days when I get demotivated only to find myself pushed by my mentor whom I call my hero and Role Model.
