I've been told that I would receive my reports in 10 days. Later when I went to collect report they told me that it's not done yet and they'll call once the report is prepared. I called them again after 4-5 days to follow up and received the same response.
I called again after 20 days, now they are telling me your report is ready. God knows when they were gonna call. The person who received the call this time wasn't aware of anything and he was least interested in the issue. He just told me that " I'm not sure who spoke to you before, your report is ready to collect".
