The reason to ryt revives is to know the MD what's going on .because the way they treat others might be a great loss to ur buisness .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I krishna singh b,i am the aboustely owner of the sy no 44/1 & 44/2 as per the govt records books,which is mentioned below by some idiots spreading false images about this poerty & builder. Regarding that we will take legal action as per law & one more thing I want make it clear I have been with this group since 5 yr there are one of the best in business with quality & service, I am not saying this bc I have given my poverty to develop for this company, I am also in construction for past 20yr with my own projects in Hyderabad,cheenia & Bangalore, they are sincere with their commitments & do their projects 100/percent legal way,no shortcuts like other builders do. I only request to all my home buyers,that don't trust by others viewers what they say,who are misleading for personal gain,but to go by legal way,bc its your hard earn money. Thank you guys for reading.

If you're looking for any flat then trust me no other better than splendid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience buying home from the group. Low quality locks and materials used. After few years all the locks and doors keeps getting stuck snd u really get irritated for continuous problems with it. Sleazy workers from the builder, not at all professional and approachable. Hard to deal with. They do not coordinate with you at any stages of problems once they hand over the house to you. In just one year of handover, they stop receiving your calls or responding to it. I have had problems with locks, seepage, cracking of walls around window panes. Fed up of calling the customer care for help. They are Useless.
Its been 2 weeks since the review, the builder sees the post and I get a call from his office that he will come and sort all the issues. He fixes up a meeting on wednesday and then doesnt turn up, Thursday I had to threaten him to come, he comes checks the problem areas clicks pictures and goes away giving full assurance that he ll fix everything. His carpenter doesnt turn up, he gives the reason he is not picking up the call..Now he stops receiving my call too... this is the the type of fix I have been experiencing now for almost about 2 years. I take some strict steps to get their attention, they come they see and fix nothing. I really had very less hope that this might help me fix things.. and I was right .. I am trapped , dont want others to fall in their web.. I dont understand howcome the builder keeps such useless bunch of people around him...and btw, the door for which all this chaos happened, is still locked, u either need to break open the lock or the door, n this is the 3rd door in my flat to be broken.. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in to bangalore in 2015 and my friends introduce me to Splendid, as i was new to the city i didnt knew anything about the process and everything. their agent was excellent right from helping me find a flat, to verification of legal papers to registration of the property. They have good knowledge and do everything for you. You just have to sit at home and leave it to them. They have done everything with honesty and dedication.
