★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst company very illiterate management of Pune MIDC Plant.Production manager is very illiterate and always consuming tobacco in the plant.He has no manner how to talk to employee even he don't know english writing.Most of the time he talk in marathi.There is racism on the behalf of region(UP,BIHAR).There is no managemen hierarchi in the company. Production manager always abuse operator.if you have some self respect don't go there.
