I sumit bhimraj Gaikwad employee of your company I request you in change a few things in our organization like
1) Drinking water
In our company drinking water system is not good please change this is system at both place near machine shop and canteen
2) Canteen
In canteen no space is available for employees you should change the timing of lunch of employees like 50 % employees lunch first and remaining employees after some time
3) Respect for new employee
If some new candidates are join in this company staff directly give there work without giving training at least as engineer employee want some respect from staff please give them a proper knowledge related that machine related that particular programs and how to change tools how to set a machine problem issue ect
4)safety
Employees always want safety first but in covid 19 situations our organization does not give them a proper safety I request u take a quick action in every line at least 1 sanitizer stand is required also at drinking water place and also at canteen
5) Dress code
Provide a proper department wise dress code for employees
Like for maintenance department having separate dress code quality department having separate dress code because as new joiner we could not find out the maintenance employees easily
I request you to change such thing as soon as possible if you change this things you see a result after 1 month
Employees could not quit there job they enjoyed there work and make our organization successful
