Sales person Bharti really helped us with whatever queries we had & she is really good in understanding customer preferences. She understands customer needs & provides useful suggestions.
We placed order today & awaiting delivery with hope of same post sales experience.

β β β β β Overall Experience is very good. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - helps customer relate his needs and assess available options to find solution to the need. In case customer is able to spell his need upfront the designer comes home - measures living room and helps customer choose the best one for it.

β β β β β Nice pictures.. bad sofas. Run of the mill designs.. uncomfortable to sit upon. Review based on visit to their showroom .. can't risk buying from them. Prices were high.. not as advertised all over YouTube and the net.

β β β β β Happy with our sofa. It has rich looks n quality seems good for now. Hope it remains as it is ?. Not giving 5 stars coz it took lot of efforts in selecting fabric. They don't have model catalogues with various colour combination. I have suggested them to maintain 1 catalogue of sold out models which cn give better idea at the time of fabric selection.

Mrs Bhagyashri Bhagat mam helped me chose right size sofa with fabric selection. The display has got widest variety of sofas in Pune. The interior service helps us visualise the layout of sofa in our room that helps a lot.

Today received the sofa exactly on the day promised by Bhagyashri madam.
Delivery process was smooth. The helpers who lifted the sofa to first floor were professionals, they did their job perfectly. Attached the photos.
