Also, because of the unevenness and patchiness, takes a serious toll on the shins and knees.

Meeting the buddies (as they call the coach) gave me the assurance that it's the right platform and it's been wonderful 6 months now. The best part of my experience is the improvement it has brought in my total body fitness without consciously putting effort but just enjoying the game (football) which I love the most. Thank you Sporthood team.
