★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enrolled my kid for football coaching at Play Arena Sporthood. The demo class was good as the coach was good, but once the actual vlasses started, they started sending guys who are not good enough, and just one coach for some 15 kids. There was no individual attention and mentoring. A couole of tumes they did send senior coaches like Thomas who really knows how to coach, which motivated my kid to continue. However, this happens just once in a bluemoon. So I decided to withdraw my kid. When I reached to these guys for a refund, they just go silent. I akswd for the amount to be transferred to some other stream like badminton so that I can benefit, then also they don't respond. This group is unprofessional and should be avoided. If you aee their website, you can see that they don't give any contact details for complainta, because they are not good with taking feedbacks or adressing complaints.
