Denied room when i arrived although i booked in advance with OYO..shameless manager asked for extra money which was just double the money i booked for..
He refused to provide me the room...on escalating the matter with OYO..they asked me to pay extra money as there was a rush during that time due to some exam..
Pathethic service by both OYO & this hotel
