Tanushree pal (shipment coordinator) & pranjal srivastav(sales) are the good goons & thieves working on behalf of the company,
spoton is all about booking your slots in a very professional manner & standard way that no other Logistic company would appear easily to do but that’s where they are the only expertise at.They take your goods,confiscate them & miss your slot intentionally so that you can find difficulty in slotting your appointment based shipment again & in the meantime they start making demurrage charges & even if you’re provide them slot again they won’t attempt it until their payments of demurrage & shipment which they will miss again without even attempting it despite commitment.
I hope the elephant in the room, a.k.a new stakeholder “Delhivery” kicks such employees & make the service better for faith of good.
Not to forget their hysterical customer service guy Rishabh who would not wait event 5 seconds to customer solution and would reach out to next customer because guy is impatient as hell & clearly reflects how the HR department of Spoton logistics work who recruits such unprofessional & disrespectful people.
I had a hopeless experience,pls try TCI express they’re much better than these goons.
