★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True to their name, they really made the apartment spotless. This is the fourth time I have engaged professional deep cleaning services and I have to say that they are by far the best.
Punctuality: person in charge Harsh Patel was extremely punctual and came at the designated time to assessment. Subsequently for the two days of cleaning, the crew came right on time and Mr Patel also came himself to supervise. It really made a difference because I had an extremely hectic schedule and required the services to be on time in order to make plans on when to leave the apartment.
Accurate quotation: in terms of work to be done and time required. They told me upfront that they would require two days and provided the sufficient manpower in order to meet the deadlines each day.
Pricing: was also extremely fair given the scope of work and price point. Mr Patel gave me a quotation within 30 min after leaving my apartment after the assessment.
Finally, I think they really treat their crew well, because they provide sufficient manpower and doesn't strike me like they would overwork their staff and more importantly, small touches like providing a water dispenser so that they get sufficient hydration.
Overall, thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the company and staff. Will highly recommend for those who require deep cleaning of their apartment, and I think worthwhile to consider for regular cleaning as well. ?????
