★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked courier on 12th still now it's not delivered. Its has reached the destination branch, they have called the receiver and told that payment have not been done and they have to do payment else package will be returned to sender.. I have payed via cash... but these guys are cheating me, telling there is some technical error.... i can see only myself complaining there... no other person's package is delayed... when I complain, they assure me that it will be delivered today. But now again they are saying tomorrow delivery. There toll free number is also not connecting....

Not at all responsible and delayed more over asking to come and collect it when there is lockdown time......i Really do not suggest this courier at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option for less than that. Evn though you have opted for door to door delivery, they will deny that and say that if you leave your vehicle here they will add up the charges. I asked them to unpack my bike they asked ₹200 for that too. Very rude people. Especially the manager there salman. I called there head office. That guy is so douchebag he denied even though person from head office was ordering him. One should beat up them straight.

Nothing can be worse than this.
Nobody answer your call.
Nobody has the decency to talk properly.
They haven't delivered my parcel .
Everyday I get a call that it will get delivered today and then nobody even answers your calls.
They promised door to door delivery and yet they call and instead of being apologetic, they will rudely and unprofessionally say that they will drop everything at society gate and leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Ever. My shipment is stranded in Mumbai since 6 days. When I called the support person, he spoke to me very impolitely. Lacks manners and etiquettes on how to speak. Worst Ever!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was supposed to receive a shipment from KitchenAid and Spoton Logistics delayed delivery and mentioned that the “delivery address is incomplete/ incorrect”.
Totally unprofessional company, I wonder why kitchenaid.in chose them as their partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officially the WORST delivery partner you’ll come across!
- No communication/coordination with the customer at all.
- my parcel was scheduled to be delivered couple of days back but it wasn’t. As I checked the tracking link to understand what’s happening, they’ve updated it as “Refused - Delivery rescheduled by customer”. I have not refused anything let alone reschedule it. The reason they do stuff like this is because they will only deliver your product if there are bulk deliveries in your area, if there aren’t any more packages apart from yours they won’t waste time & petrol on this delivery (:smh)
