My consignment is pending with spoton for many days now I am trying to calling customer service multiple times one responded neither called me back raised a complaint on their portal no response till date I haven't received any call my stuffs were shifted from Kolkata to greater Noida west. Consignment no 523146172. I haven't come across such a pathetic service in my entire life.
