Staff is not well trained. Have to struggle to get your water glass refill.
You just finish your food and someone come n grab your plate as in they have limited plates in restaurant.

They made sure we were totally satisfied with the meal before we left. They made sure that we got whatever based on our dietary requirements. Can’t wait for lunch and dinner!!!! I would definitely say the staff is very courteous and helpful.. especially the girl at the entrance of the restaurant n sarabjeet., They went out of their way to make my dine in more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the restuarant today and must say it was an awful experience. My expectations being a 5-star went in vein. Food variety was very limited if compared to the prices they charge. There were empty containers lot of times and have to ask for the refill with no serving spoons as well. No live counters as mentioned in their site and when asked they said will serve on table which came after 50 mins of ordering. Coming to main course again very less variety and no bowls present there and when asked it came to the table only when I asked for the bill and said won't eat now here. Not even a single drink available in buffet.
Very poor and slow service. Food taste was very bad. Extreme poor management. Will not recommended to anyone. No worth even 10% what they are charging. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am at this restaurant right now. I think this would be my worst experience eating out thus far. And this includes all categories of restaurants- be it 5 Star or street vendors. For the prices they charge- the portion size is small, and the taste is awful. I regret sitting here and would like to nudge future guests to avoid this restaurant at ALL costs.
I am editing my review real time as I witnessed so many mosquitoes flying around. One simply doesn't expect this kind of an ambience in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Pathetic and I wish your hotel and restaurant shuts down at the earliest for the sake of health of the guests.
However, once the manager got involved, the speed and quality of the service improved. Still, a sub par experience.
