★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pet owners of this Villa lack basic civic sense. While taking out their pets for walking they let the pets litter openly on the road without cleaning it up. These people may be highly educated, earning lakhs per month and own 3 crore houses but whats the point if they lack any basic responsibility of maintaining healthy surroundings. Its the typical Indian mentality - will maintain own place cleanly but don't care anything outside and always complain govt doesn't do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a visit from a broker/agent. I feel the project is useless because of below reasons
1. Incomplete project with very poor quality of walls.
2. It's a villament and not villa
3. No community hall or club which was promised by builder. People who buy have to contribute huge amount to complete it as builder has ran away and individual investors are selling now. This will not be disclosed by broker/ agent/owner.
4. No approval from SBI bank
5. Only particular agents control this property and decide the price. Don't trust the agents as they belong to section.
6. Area surrounding have litigation.
7. Water issue
8. To complete this villament it will come to original cost if we include registration, to complete construction and then start interior.
9. All good reviews are written by brokers
10. It's already 7yrs old property and they still unable to sell this project because of issues and headache that people get after buying the property here. In the same locality a decent flat cost 80L to 90L. Near by villa costs close to 1.8cr then why this property is unable to sell at 1Cr too.
11. If anyone pays around 1.5 to 1.8cr will get very beautiful, better and beautiful villa and community. Also peace of mind and a class of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is full of complications. I have been cheated of my advance money. I would be wary of the villas registered in the name of multiple people. There are litigations on these villas which in the Indian system of law, there is no way of knowing. We were lucky enough to find out about it on time by the person who put the case on them. The developers are unprofessional and don't have any intentions of completing the project.
