★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building quality is very poor, seepage issues in every towers, the windows and doors are made of poor quality wood and those get decayed early. There is no underground parking and no car parking numbers, the cars are parked randomly. The Security Guards are very lazy and of no use. The Guards are impolite and do not know how to talk. The society is unclean, looks overcrowded but maintenance charges are high. The electric meters are old enough and defective that could not endure high power home electric appliances. There is no proper Maintenance department. It is being run by illiterate people who do not know how to talk to residents. The lifts does not work properly and are always out of order. The stray dogs enter into the society and even enter to the 3-4 floors of towers. The society is strictly Not Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society for residential purpose. Very neat and clean society. People residing here are closely bonded with each other. They are very polite and friendly people. The garden area is well maintained and beautiful. Kids play area is also very good. Guards here in the society are well trained and well behaved. It has small RWA office. The maintenance need to be re-looked at by RWA.
